Antokolsy Bauhause Boutique showcases a progressive design concept that combines comfort and luxury in a residential project that is the first of its kind in Israel. Located at the heart of a vibrant Tel Aviv, Antokolsy is a masterpiece of the Bauhaus boutique style a fusion of elegant minimalist Bauhaus architecture celebrating intimacy and individuality.

Antokolsky Bauhaus Boutique is inspired by the clean cut minimalism and innovative design of Bauhaus architecture that characterised the early days of Tel Aviv. The use of natural stone, wood, glass and exposed metal sculptured into exciting architectural designs gives this project a unique identity whilst retainng a deep respect for the essential character of the building, street and neighborhood. Acclaimed architects Bar Orion were selected to design the residence using their vast Bauhaus experience and specialisation in the renovation and preservation of historical buildings.

Antokolsky Bauhause Boutique comprises 9 floors and 37 apartments, each designed individually to highlight the specific location, exposures and features. This sensitive awareness of context and environment perfectly characterises the Antokolsky project.

Antokolsky Bauhause Boutique is constructed and designed with the highest quality materials and fixtures. A host of resident facilities are provided including 24 hour doorman service, underground secure parking, CCTV throughout the building and a dedicated building management service. The project also includes a swimming pool, gym, wet and dry saunas, spa and massage treatment areas and a residents lounge and wine cellar.

The boutique concept also extends to the apartments themselves. Each apartment features natural stone flooring, the finest fixtures and faucets and a fitted kitchen from a leading European manufacturer. High quality bathroom fittings including wall hung toilet with concealed cistern are also provided. The living room features electronically controlled floor to ceiling windows with louver shutters, double glazing throughout and VRF climate control system.
