Mitcham Keren - The Heart of the American Colony

In the heart of the American Colony area of Tel Aviv, adjacent to Neve Tzedek and only a few minutes walk from the sea front, the soon-to-be renovated historic Jaffa Train Station and the markets and restaurants of Jaffa, Mitcham Keren stands as a tribute to the unmistakable architecture and style of this up and coming neighborhood.

The Mitcham Keren project will play an important role in the rapid regeneration and restoration of the American Colony area - one of Tel Aviv's lesser known gems.

The project includes two listed and preserved buildings which will be renovated to their former glory and two new buildings, constructed with faithful respect to the existing and distinctive style of the area.

The landmark Jerusalem Hotel is a preserved building and will contain 6 apartments ranging in size from 250 - 450 sq. meters. Villa Keren, also a "class A" preserved building will be converted into a two floor private residential villa. The two new buildings, Nitzana and Eilat, will feature a variety of apartment types, many with spectacular sea views.
